They will come prepped and ready to paint and install. Pictures shown are of the parts just placed on the car to show the precision fitment even before they are properly secured to the vehicle. 
The front lip has larger front openings to ensure maximum air flow to the intercoolers and production material is FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) for both flexibility and structure ability.
